The short version: We're a small design studio. We only collect what you give us through our contact form so we can reply to you. We don't sell, share, or rent your information. We use a handful of standard web services (hosting, fonts) that log basic technical data for security and delivery. You can ask us to delete what we have at any time.
The rest of this policy explains the details and our compliance obligations under US privacy laws.

We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll let you know and may extend by up to an additional 45 days as permitted by applicable law. To protect your information, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
If you authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, we may require written authorization signed by you and may verify your identity directly.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to appeals within 60 days. In some states, you have the right to contact your state Attorney General if you believe your appeal was wrongly denied.
7. State-specific rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. Most of these laws contain business-size thresholds that BrickWeb does not currently meet. We nevertheless extend the rights below to residents of the listed states as a matter of policy.
California
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the CPRA, including the rights to know, correct, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not currently respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no common standard for interpreting them has been adopted. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request from California and other states that recognize it.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Maryland, Delaware, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Hampshire
Residents of these states have rights under their respective comprehensive privacy laws (the VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, OCPA, TDPSA, MCDPA, ICDPA, TIPA, INCDPA, KCDPA, RIDTPPA, MODPA, DPDPA, MNCDPA, NJDPA, and NHCDPA, as applicable). Where granted by your state's law, you have the rights to access, correct, delete, port, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, opt out of profiling that produces legal effects, and appeal a denied request. See Section 6 for how to exercise these rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected such information, contact us at privacy@brickwebstudio.com.
This policy is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") as amended.
10. Users outside the United States
The Site and Services are intended for residents of the United States. We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other jurisdiction outside the United States. By using the Site, you understand that any information you submit will be processed and stored in the United States, which may have different privacy protections than your home country.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email to active clients). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
